Taking time off is important. Spending time with other creatives is balm for the soul.

I took a few days to attend an incredible workshop with Andrew Pielage Photography, exploring and photographing Frank Lloyd Wright properties near Milwaukee and Racine, Wisconsin.

I also went to the China Lights exhibit at Boerner Botanical Gardens. What a magical experience.

Unfortunately, since I've been home, I've been bundled up with blankets, Kleenex and sleeping. No work has been getting done and it's making me crazy.

Back to it hopefully this week.
